The corners are firm and well-shaped, with no sinking. I paired the 12-inch mattress with a 7-inch box spring for a perfect height.       Firm as a brick. After two weeks, I decided to buy a memory foam topper to soften it up. I have a 100-day trial period to see if things improve. With the memory foam topper, the mattress feels a bit less rigid. Comfort is subjective, and I tend to be more sensitive than most. However, I would still recommend this company and their product because their customer service was outstanding and very accommodating.

The only issue is that I bought it for my 5th wheel RV, and the 12-inch height is too tall for the platform. When I stand up, my hand hits the ceiling of the RV bedroom. I might need to exchange it for the 10-inch version.
