Exchange or Return of Goods
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange an item from our website.
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your eligible items.
Eligible Items:
Only unopened, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags can be returned or exchanged.
Some items may be excluded from returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons or other reasons. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service at live chat or [[email protected]].
You will be issued a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include the packing slip with the RAN clearly marked.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items without original tags or packaging may not be accepted for return or exchange.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
