      A year ago, I purchased this mattress and it remains in excellent condition. Having previously experienced Pucloce mattresses at a vacation rental, I knew their quality. This one offers great comfort, and I consistently enjoy restful nights on it. However, I suggest adding some form of support between the mattress and your box spring. Due to its edge reinforcement, you tend to sink a bit in the center when lying down. I resolved this issue by placing a sheet of plywood beneath the mattress, which has improved the support.

It appears to be a high-quality mattress—definitely not cheap or low-grade. After two nights, we’re very satisfied with it.

I can slightly feel the springs when walking on it barefoot, but not when lying down. It’s quite comfortable for both back and side sleeping. My guest, who weighs about 157 lbs (71 kg), has been using it for two weeks. I’ll update my review if any problems arise with the twin mattress in the future.

      Everything you’ve heard about this mattress is accurate—it’s slightly shorter than expected, collapses a bit when you sit on the edge, and doesn’t offer top-notch motion isolation. However, these issues are minor to me. I don’t sleep on the edge, and the slight shortness doesn’t affect functionality. I’ve had high-end mattresses that still didn’t prevent motion transfer completely. What really matters is how well I sleep on this mattress. The 10″ version I previously had felt like a concrete slab and left me with hip and back pain every night. This mattress isn’t overly soft and doesn’t let you sink in too deeply, and it stays cool throughout the night. I’m finally getting a great night’s sleep, and I’m very pleased with this purchase.

      I purchased two mattresses from Pucloce: a 12-inch queen and a 10-inch. I’ve had no issues with bed bugs at all, and given how tightly these mattresses are wrapped in plastic, it’s hard to see how they could get in. Be cautious when unrolling them, though—they’re packed so tightly that it could be dangerous if the plastic snaps back at you. Both mattresses are extremely comfortable and cost significantly less than a branded store mattress. They expanded fully within about 8 hours. Additionally, there’s no fiberglass in these mattresses, so you won’t have to worry about tiny shards spreading around your home. While the edge support isn’t fantastic, it’s not so poor that I feel like I’m falling off the bed.

      We bought this mattress for our guest room, but before we even unpacked it, my husband suggested we try it on our own bed. He wanted to move our 4-year-old $2,500 mattress to the guest room and test out this $350 one! I agreed, with the condition that we could switch them back if needed.       Absolutely no bugs have been found. The mattress is tightly rolled, vacuum-sealed in plastic, and stored until it’s sold. Even if a bug somehow got inside the sealed wrap, it would have no food source and wouldn’t survive. Any bugs discovered by others likely came from elsewhere during shipping.

      Our main concern was having a mattress delivered and being able to handle it ourselves. Since we ordered during the pandemic, we preferred not to have anyone entering and exiting the house for setup. We also wanted to avoid the hassle of going to Costco, borrowing a truck, and dealing with crowds. The mattress arrived with a delivery person who carried it on one shoulder. Although the box was awkward to move, it was still manageable. The tag claimed it weighed 28 pounds, but it felt heavier than a bag of dog food. I might have misread it; it could have been 30 kg or 65 pounds, though it didn’t feel that heavy—probably closer to 45-50 pounds. We replaced an old Sealy Posturepedic firm spring mattress from Costco with this one.

      I was initially skeptical about buying a mattress in a box, but I’m thrilled with this purchase. It’s incredibly comfortable—almost like sleeping on a cloud. The only reason I’m not rating it five stars is that it turned out slightly smaller than I anticipated. It doesn’t fit perfectly on my full bed frame, being a bit smaller than expected. Thankfully, the wooden slats I have hold it in place. Just be mindful of this size discrepancy if you’re considering a box spring or bed frame. Despite this minor issue, the mattress is fantastic and very convenient.

      We bought two of these mattresses for a trundle bed, but one arrived with a defect—foam missing from one edge. I reported the issue, and customer service advised me to get in touch with them for a refund, which they processed quickly. Later, I found the same mattress at Bed, Bath & Beyond for over $300 less, including free shipping. The replacement mattress from them was clearly of superior quality compared to the one we received, with better foam, upgraded fabric, and a sturdier spring frame. I’m wondering if the original seller is passing off second-rate products. I’m considering asking for a refund for the second mattress I ordered. If they read these reviews, it would be good business for them to reach out and address this proactively. The mattresses themselves are comfortable and have received positive ratings on several review sites.
